Hardscapes
“Hardscape” includes patios, arbors, pergolas, landscaped walkways, planters, retaining walls, water features and even fire pits. We can create separate areas suited to you around your house, gardens and pool. You will be able to choose from a variety of brick, pavers, limestone, wood, gravel or concrete, to bring your vision to life. Your hardscaped and landscaped areas will join together into a creative show piece.
Grading & Sod
A proper grade will ensure water does not collect or pool. Gentle sloping permits water to follow its natural instinct and flow downward and away from your home. In South Louisiana, we can fill in dips, divets, holes and level uneven areas caused by wear and tear, storm damage and tree removal.

Ground preparation is key to a successful install. Old grass and some dirt will be removed and replaced with the proper gravel and sand foundations to ensure proper drainage and support the turf.

Drainage Solutions
Got a swamp, bayou or moat in your yard? A drainage solution custom-tailored to your needs may be the route to go! Subsurface drains, including French drains will be sloped and routed away from your home. We can also connect your existing gutters into the drain system to reduce puddling and erosion near your home’s foundation. Sometimes, the land may just need to be graded (or sloped) properly to encourage water flow, adding new sod will hold the new grade in place for many years.
Standing water in your yard is just not fun. When the sun comes out after a sudden, summer downpour you’ll want to get back outside and enjoy your landscaped yard. Subsurface or French drains will direct the collected water away from the structures towards the proper drainage channels in your neighborhood. We can even connect your existing gutters and downspouts to the underground piping. In some situations, including a pump will aid getting the water moving along.
